About our service
Our service is free
We make no charges for our help.
We help anyone
Regardless of race, gender, sexual orientation or religion - we are here to help.
We work with all creditors
Because we are regulated by the FCA and operate within established guidelines, we are able to work with all creditors – including councils, housing associations, utility companies, banks and the financial services industry in general – to agree a way forward.
It is always your decision
We will advise you to take the course of action which our advisers think is best for you in your particular circumstances, but we will not make any decisions for you. At the end of the day it is your choice as to which course of action you take.
We cannot pay any debts for you
But we will help you to apply for any benefits or grants to which you may be entitled.
Your credit rating
Being in debt has consequences, one of which is that your credit rating will be affected. If you work with us and we agree a repayment schedule which differs from what you agreed when you took on a particular debt it is likely that your credit rating could deteriorate further. This may affect your ability to obtain credit or other services in the future.
