Branch Partners
Being rooted in the communities we serve is at the core of what we do at Crosslight, and the basis of our operating model. Each of our branches is run with the support of a local partner – either a church or local special-purpose charity – which ensure our branches can reflect and respond to the needs of each local community. Our branch partners employ some of our branch staff and help resource our local services. They also provide true local representation and accountability, building community networks and supporting the recruitment of local volunteers

Crosslight works collaboratively with a large number of local and national organisations to reach as many people in financial difficulty as possible. On the ground, we work very closely with local agencies who both refer clients to us as well as support our clients with specialist needs, and are pro-active members of local advice networks. More widely, we are hugely grateful to the many organisations and individuals who support our work financially, without whom we could not operate.
