Senior Debt Adviser / Caseworker

crosslight is looking to recruit two senior debt advisers to significantly expand our work

  • one role based in west London (kensington & hammersmith)

  • one role based in west kent (Tonbridge, Tunbridge wells & sevenoaks)

Crosslight Advice is looking to recruit two experienced Senior Debt Advisers / Caseworkers to join the small but dynamic team at its offices in London and Kent. This is an exciting time to come on board at Crosslight; we are at a point of growth and expansion in our work, and the role will enable the right candidate to help make a difference to some of the most vulnerable people in our community.  

The role would suit an extremely well organised and experienced specialist debt adviser who is looking for a new challenge and would like to take part in an important new initiative for Crosslight.

Most importantly, the right candidate will have a passion for helping others and be able to respond sensitively and compassionately to our client’s needs. You will be supporting clients who often have complex needs, and do so in a way that values the whole person and lives up to our motto ‘Restoring dignity, Renewing hope’.  

This is a full-time role (although 4 days will also be considered) for immediate employment.   

Salary: £25-32,000 depending on experience and location
