COACHING SKILLS FOLLOW UP

This will be a practical follow-up session for anyone who has previously attended our Coaching Skills session, with an opportunity to reflect on your experience, explore real coaching challenges and learn from others. This session is aimed at anyone who attended the previous Coaching Skills training.

SUPPORTING WITH MONEY-SAVING & INCOME MAXIMISATION APPLICATIONS

This session will provide a practical guide to supporting clients with money-saving and income maximisation applications, including benefits checks, council tax and housing-related applications. We will look at the various processes, share tips and best practice for completing applications, and discuss the best ways to support clients with these activities.

This training is open to all, and will be particularly helpful for Budget Coaches, Debt Advisers and Advice Support volunteers.

WYSER ASSIST

This practical training session will show everyone how to use Wyser effectively in both online and face-to-face appointments. We will explore the various options available for capturing client discussions and demonstrate how Wyser can help reduce administrative time, improve the quality of case notes, and support more consistent record-keeping This training is open to all.

This session seeks to explore the concept of coaching  and how it can be used in our roles (including an overview of a useful coaching model) and provides a useful ‘toolbox’ of tips and tools to assist in supporting our clients and team members. This training is aimed at all front line roles as well as those managing teams.
