SAFEGUARDING REFRESHER
This session is offered monthly and covers a refresher on the topic of Safeguarding including internal reporting procedures, suicide prevention, discussion and group reflection. We encourage all team members to attend one session annually.

RUNNING AN EFFECTIVE CLIENT APPOINTMENT
Looking at how to structure a client appointment to get the best out of the session. How to listen and build trust. We will look at the priorities for an appointment including some ‘quick wins’ as well as some of the technical and administrative things that we need to cover. This session is particularly aimed at new advisors 3-6 months into their roles but is open to anyone wanting a refresher.

SUICIDE AWARENESS
The aims of the training are to equip individuals with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to recognise and respond to signs of suicidal thoughts or behaviours. This training is aimed at all roles within Crosslight. Particularly client facing roles.

COACHING SKILLS TO SUPPORT OUR CLIENTS AND TEAM
This session seeks to explore the concept of coaching, how it can be used (including an overview of a useful coaching model) and provides a useful ‘Toolbox’ of tips and tools to assist in supporting our clients and team members. This training is aimed at all front line roles as well as those managing teams.
