We're a small team who do big things. Our aim is to help people lift themselves out of their current difficulties and back on their feet. Working at Crosslight Advice is so much more than just a job. You'll get to see peoples' lives changed and dignity restored.

We are currently recruiting for two exciting roles:

1. DEBT ADVICE Quality auditor

Part-time (up to 8 hours a week)
Closing date: 20th April 2018

Crosslight is looking to recruit an experienced Advice Quality Auditor to join our team.

The role would suit an extremely well organised and competent individual with demonstrable debt advice case management experience ideally in a supervisory role. They will need to be analytical and thorough, being able to obtain an overview of a case and make recommendations for changes and highlight omissions. The candidate will need to be able to think laterally being able to spot what has not been asked within a case as much as being able to review what has been undertaken. They will need to demonstrate they are able to work independently as it is expected much of the work will be undertaken remotely.

This is a part time role for immediate employment. Although Crosslight is based in London and the South East, we would expect the majority of the work to be undertaken remotely and so the candidate’s physical location is less important.

2. volunteer manager

Part-time (20-25 hours a week)
Closing date: 20th April 2018

Crosslight Advice is looking to recruit a volunteer manager to act as the champion for Crosslight’s team of incredible volunteers.

Our volunteers are the heart and soul of the organisation, and the volunteer manager will be a crucial part of Crosslight’s small management team. The volunteer manager will influence, shape and lead the development and implementation of our volunteering strategy, supporting the recruitment, development and flourishing of our volunteers in order to meet Crosslight’s objectives.

With over 160 volunteers at Crosslight the role would suit an extremely well organised and competent individual, ideally with demonstrable experience of working with, and helping to develop, volunteers.
