Thank you to Genistar

Since 2024, when we delivered a Money Course to the Genistar emloyees, we have built a wonderful relationship with team there, including the Founder and CEO Jeff Lestz. We recently asked Jeff why he chose to team up with and support Crosslight Advice, and he share the following with us.

“At Genistar, our mission is ‘Financial Freedom for All’, and supporting Crosslight is a natural extension of that commitment. We share a belief that everyone deserves the knowledge, confidence and support to build a better financial future.

“What I particularly value about Crosslight is the dignity and compassion they bring to people facing financial difficulties. They offer practical help without judgement, alongside education that helps people regain control of their money.

“The synergy is clear: Genistar helps families understand their finances and plan ahead, while Crosslight brings specialist support to those struggling with debt and money worries. Both organisations recognise that financial education can change lives. We’re proud to support work that turns financial anxiety into confidence, hope and a way forward.” — Jeff Lestz, Founder and CEO, Genistar

Lorelei, our Financial Capability Lead, has worked closely with the Genistar team… “It's been very rewarding to work with the Genistar team over the last couple of years.  From running a Money Course for their staff team, to holding a workshop at their annual convention, and providing Financial First Aid training for Genistar reps, it's been great to support a wide range of people with education and skills to further the work that they do.  We're really grateful for Jeff and Margot’s generous donation to our work, to enable us to continue to provide money skills courses, workshops and one-to-one support to our clients.  Thank you to Genistar and all of our supporters and funders who enable us to continue delivering this important work.”

Thank you to Jeff and the team at Genistar for their involvement with Crosslight Advice and our financial capability work.
